BOTANICO offers a contemporary-bistro, seasonality-driven menu, presenting the gifts of soil, land and sea in a cuisine inspired by the natural cycles of the year and by bistronomy. ‘Botanico’ comes from ‘Jardim Botanico’, which is Spanish for Botanical Gardens.

TERRACE AT BOTANICO,  a spacious air-conditioned outdoor terrace, perfect for after work bar bites and tipples. Here, we serve up a tantalising selection, including botanical-inspired, signature cocktails such as Garage Gin’Onic, Blackberry Lychee Mojito, and Thyme Lemonade.

I’M CHEF ANTONIO.

Chef Antonio’s family background encompasses both the North and South of Spain, and his own diverse training in world-renowned kitchens – including that of the late 3-Michelin-starred Chef Santi Santamaria, and the Roca brothers of El Celler de Can Roca — span the traditional and the avant-garde.

Chef Antonio brings to the table a deft hand at harmonising savoury and sweet, a profound respect for seasonality, and a flair for experimental freedom in the kitchen. His source-focused cuisine is characterised by a casual yet refined layered approach that highlights the best produce of the season, and vibrant robust flavours “straight from the heart” as he puts it.

I’M MIXOLOGIST RUZAINI.

An inner calling to further pursue his passion in cocktails found Ruzaini at Botanico at The Garage, where the building’s rich history and lush green surroundings within the Singapore   Botanic Gardens have inspired him to develop an evolving menu of simple but thoughtful libations that are light and refreshing, encapsulating botanical and tropical ingredients that are well suited for the enjoyment in the fully air-conditioned outdoor terrace.

Signature cocktails like the Garage Gin’onic, Thyme Lemonade   and Blackberry Lychee Mojito features fresh ingredients, herbs and juices as well as simple syrups infused in-house with elderflower, thyme and mint.
