In line with International Vegetarian Week (October 1 to 7), Botanico spotlights the pure and unbridled flavours of vegetables, allowing plant-based dishes to shine in our first 5-Course Vegetarian Organic Wine Pairing Dinner ($80++, 6 October only), with wine pairing from Chilean-based Miguel Torres winery’s organic range “Las Mulas” paired by maestros from Culina.
Look forward to a mix of fan-favorites from the menu (Tomato Basil “Latte”, Abacus Seed, Ondeh Ondeh) and two new dishes: Salted Baked Beetroot and Japanese Braised Daikon.
