This November, Botanico and The Straits Wine Company come together to present a deluxe modern European 5-Course dinner paired with premium wines barreled with century old techniques.

Expect to sip vino that tells the voyage from origin to our modern society:

Highlights include ‘Kong Bak Pau’ paired with Nine Oak’s Saperavi from Georgia, the oldest wine making country and birthplace of wine.

Choice of ‘Grilled Angus Tenderloin’ OR ‘Grilled Lamb Rump’ is served with two wines, one of which is Speri’s Sant’urbano Vineyard, Amarone, crafted with a process established during the Roman Empire.

End off with one of Botanico’s signature dessert, ‘Ondeh Ondeh’ that goes with Disznoko’s Late Harvest Furmint, known for their sweet wines drunk by Hungarian Kings, and more.
